The minimum fee for out of town classes is

$450.00 + Expenses as listed below

As of 01-04-12

I have spoken to Newmont Safety and Health;

any new miner who works on Newmont needs 24

 hours of MSHA Training before that person will

 be allowed on their property.

Therefore I will only be offering 24 hour classes

for new miner surface training.

32 hours of training before they are allowed to go

 underground.

The remaining 8 hours is required by the miners

 employer to be completed at the mine site

Payment Terms:  Payment for training is due upon

receipt of invoice, unless prior billing has been

prearranged. 

WE WILL SET UP ACCOUNTS AT NO ADDITIONAL

CHARGE.

There will also be a $25.00 late fee applied to any

invoice that is not paid according to the payment

terms listed above. 

NO SHOW, NO CALL FEE'S

There will be a $50.00 charge for NO CALL /NO SHOW per person.

$225.00 fee will be charged for no show no call

when a class has been specially scheduled.

We are unable to accept credit cards at this time,  payment can be made by cash, certified check, money order or personal check.  A $25.00 service charge will be charged for any returned checks, a returned check will also result in forfeiture of 5000-23 and a criminal complaint filed with the Elko County District Attorney
